Hi Tim,
At the end of this multipage survey/form they have to attach a scanned copies of some documents. I'm testing with a pdf document, The documents are being uploaded to the bf_survey folder under the images folder fine, but when I look at the results it appears the documents were not supplied.
Any suggestions on what I might be getting wrong?

Hi Neil,
I just found and fixed a bug with the way that attachments are displayed in the results in the backend. Will include this fix in v2.5.0
