Joomla! version: 3.3.6
Hi, I just upgrage vom Survey Plus to Survey an it looks great.
One of my business related survey needs a large information area at the end of a survey to show the Terms of Conditions (TOC).
I put it in the help text. Unfortunately, the lightbox is to small to show the whole text (the text has the size of a A4 paper). I tried als to use a gif pictures. This was also not a goot solution.

My question. How can I display my TOC in simple way?

You should be able to use the helptext question type (near the bottom of the drop down list). This essentially displays a label, which will display whatever you type into the helptext area, instead of putting it in a pop-up.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your fast reply. If I select Question Type "Helptext" my multipage survey doesn't work anymore, means it hangs on first page, nothing happenend when I click on Next button.

Are you using v2.3.3? If not you can download from here (just install over the top)
http://tamlynsoftware.com/download/bf-survey/bf-survey-2-3-3.html

Do you have any caching or CND turned on? When you change the survey, it rebuilds the javascript file /media/com_bfsurvey/js/1result.js (where 1 is the category id number). If your site (or browser) is still caching an older version of this file, it may cause problems.

If you still have a problem after clearing cache, use firefox tools->web developer->browser console, and look for javascript errors that might help pinpoint the problem.

Thank you for your advise.
I update to latest 2.3.3 version. no caching is active in Joomla and I cleared my FF browser cache.
I checked with web console and got following error:

SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list

This points to line 123 in .../media/com_bfsurvey/js/265results.js

Hi Marco,
Can you try pressing the fix database button in either the question or category view in the back end, which should rebuild the 265results.js file.
Do you have any custom JS in your survey category? If so, check that you are not missing a bracket.

If you still get this error, please send me a copy of the file.

As per ticket 533
http://tamlynsoftware.com/contact-us/support-tickets/bf-survey/533-warning-strpos-function-strpos-php.html

This seems to be due to the question "Die AGB wurden abgelehnt.", which is attempting to use both hide this question and show this question on the visibility tab.
http://tamlynsoftware.com/products/bf-survey/bf-survey-plus-user-guide-2/advanced-features.html#conditional-branching
See the warning at the bottom of the page "Show question may override the hide question, so don't use both for the same question."

Hi Tim,

I deleted the last question " "Die AGB wurden abgelehnt." I still have the same problem.
When I change to helptext the survey hangs at the very first page, nothing happenend when clicking "next".

As I decribed in Ticket #533 changing from multipage to onepage, everything works, also the helptext.
