Joomla! version: 2.5.27
BF Survey Plus: 1.1.22

I've setup a survey and tested it thoroughly but once every while I got a visitor sending me an e-mail that after filling out the form and pressing "submit" it just refreshes the page without submitting any content. Nothing is registered and no e-mails are being send around.

With some help I'm finally able to reproduce this behavior. If you open the survey page and wait too long, the page will simply refresh and wipe all content that has been entered. I left the page open for 15 minutes and then filled out the form. Only then I was able to reproduce this issue. I can see how some users might need that time to fill in all the answers because it does require some thinking.

Can you please let me know if there's some sort of time-out setting in the software that I can update or do you have any idea why this is happening?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

BF Quiz Plus 3 Years, BF Survey 12 Months
BF Survey Plus uses session variables to temporarily store the data, which is written to the database when you press submit. The default session lifetime in your global config is 15 minutes. You can increase this setting in your global config to avoid this issue.

Site->global configuration
system tab
session lifetime

Alternatively, our new product BF Survey version 2 (which is included in your subscription) does things differently, and doesn't use session variables so wont have this issue.
