I have read that you go to index.php?option=com_bfsurvey&view=0&lang=en#

However, when I go there, I see a front panel of New, Edit, Publish, Unpublish, Delete

It says No records were found.

I have created a category and a multi-page survey already. Nothing is here.

But get this, I hit New on this frontend and my survey comes up under /index.php

I can then fill out the Survey.

I don't want my users to have to hit New, how do I get my Survey to show?

That's not quite correct. The easy way to access your survey is to create a "display survey" menu item, and select the survey category.
You can also access via URL (even without a menu item), however view will not be 0, it will be catidresult, for example 1result or 2result, where 1 or 2 is the category id of the survey. There is no need to add the &lang part.

Let me know if you still have trouble.

I did create a Display Survey menu. I put it in a hidden menu.

And my category ID is 0, so that is correct. I only added my only category.

Do I need to add another?

So everything I am saying here is still correct. Can you help me?

Hi Jack,
>And my category ID is 0, so that is correct. I only added my only category.
Your category id cannot be zero. The id field is an autoincrement field that starts at 1. The first survey you create should be category id 1. The second survey you create should be category id 2.
You can see the id when you go to:
components->BF Survey
categories
Click on your category
In your browser URL, you will see id=24 (where 24 is the id of your survey).
For example:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_bfsurvey&view=category&id=1
In this case, my category id is 1.

Alternatively, you could look in your database using phpMyAdmin, in the jos_bfsurvey_categories table (where jos is your table prefix), you will see the survey category entries. Look for the value in the bfsurvey_category_id field.

Let me know if you still have a problem.
