Do you have any suggestions or documentation as to what to do if there is a tie. In the quiz we are creating, it depends on which answer they give most as to what the suggestion is at the end.
However if they answer e.g question C 3 times and question D 3 times, what do we do?
Or if they answer 3 questions the same number of times e.g 2xB, 2xC, 2xD?

Hi Stephen,
It all comes down to how you want it to work. If you only have a small number of questions, then you could specify an exact answer sequence and have a different result for each combination, but obviously that is not going to work if you have lots of questions as there would be too many possible combinations. Another option might be to add another question (or remove one) to make the total uneven, so there will always be one option slightly more than the others, although you still might get a situation like 2xA, 2xB 1xC. The ABCD answer matrix will go through the possible results in order, and stop when it finds a match, so if there are two that could possibly match, whichever appears first will be used. You need to decide which match is better, and make sure it appears higher in the order. If nothing matches, whichever matrix is set as default will be used.
